1. How it Works?
Basically, we are an Established Staffing Agency based in Jigani, Bangalore. We take requirements/contract from the industry to provide manpower services in their premises. For this they provide us service charges as per discussion.
So, we need people to work in their premises.
If your referrals work with us then we provide an amount for your efforts that you made in arranging manpower.
2. How can I believe that we are a genuine person/agency so that I can trust on you?
We are a government registered Manpower and Staffing Agency. We have the following registrations and Licences:

3. From Where we get money to give you?
Company in which we give manpower, they provide us service charges. From that service charge we give you the referral amount.
4. What I have to Do?
You have to contact peoples, discuss with them about our current Openings and talk to work in our company. You will have ideas about the work and salary.
We will give you all the details about work, salary, Duty, Facilities etc.
5. How much amount I’ll get for Per Manpower?
A. If you occasionally provide manpower then we provide you a referral amount of five Hundred (500/-) as your person completes 10 Days of working in our Company.
B. If you regularly provide us manpower and your people is more than 10, then we provide you a referral amount of One Thousand per person (1000/-) as your person completes 10 Days of working in our Company.
6. When I will get my referral amount?
This amount you will get when employees receive their salary. (Normally 7-10 of Every Month). Currently we have the Following Openings you must be aware about this:
7. How is the referral bonus paid (PhonePe, cash, or added to my salary)?
We provide your referral bonus as per your convenience. If you want to take it via Phonepe, Cash or If you work in the company too, you can take it with your salary?
8. How much help and support I can expect from you during my job?
As an Employer as much help and support we can provide we will give you.
Either it will be for Receiving from Railway Station or Joining in the company or Need Advance (You can take your 10% of Your Earning any time for your Advance
9. How much help and support I will get from your side If I send manpower from village?
If you send or call manpower from your villages we can support you from receiving them from railway station to joining in the company.
One thing you should mind that your travel expenses we not provide. So, you have to travel by your own from your village to Bangalore. After reaching Bangalore to receive and deploying is my responsibility.

11. Can I do it for full time my Job?
Yes, you can do it as your full-time job, as if you send Manpower on regular basic. you will create a regular income source.
12. How much earning potential is in this job.
up to 50,000/Month you can earn in this job.
13. what, if, any person worked regularly and not received their Salary?
Basically, it is rare, but even if any person found in this problem. we will solve it on mediate basis.
